Record Stay Fresh Cooling Mat – Starfish, 90 x 50cm
The Record Stay Fresh cooling mat Starfish 90×50 uses a gel-based cooling technology that gradually lowers in temperature as your pet lies on it, offering relief on hot days without needing water, electricity, or a freezer. This 90 x 50cm version features a playful blue and orange starfish print, adding a splash of colour to your pet’s resting spot while it works.
How the Cooling Effect Works
Unlike ice packs or frozen mats, this cooling mat responds to your pet’s body weight and warmth, activating a gentle cooling sensation the moment they lie down. As your pet moves off, the mat naturally resets over a short period, ready to be used again later in the day without any preparation.
Helps Prevent Heat-Related Discomfort
During warm weather, pets can struggle to regulate their body temperature, especially short-nosed or thick-coated breeds. Placing this mat in a favourite resting spot gives your dog a simple, low-effort way to stay cooler, reducing the risk of heat stress during the hottest parts of the day.
A Comfortable Fit for Small to Medium Dogs
At 90 x 50cm, this mat is sized to comfortably fit a resting or sleeping dog, whether placed on the floor, inside a crate, or in the car for travel. Its flat, low-profile design means it can go almost anywhere your pet already likes to relax.
Durable and Easy to Maintain
Made from a puncture-resistant material, the mat is designed to withstand claws and everyday use without leaking or losing its cooling properties. It wipes clean easily, folds for storage during colder months, and is ready to use again as soon as the weather warms up.
